Welcome to Me & Lee - a sister-founded brand created with love, purpose, and a deep belief in meaningful childhood experiences.

As a teacher and a mother, we saw firsthand the gap in the market for toys and products that are not only educational and high quality, but also beautifully designed. We wanted more than just toys, we wanted tools that inspire curiosity, encourage independence, and fit seamlessly into modern family life.

That’s why we devoted our time and passion to creating a thoughtfully curated range of products inspired by Montessori principles. Each item is designed to nurture creativity, support developmental growth, and empower children to explore the world at their own pace.

Meet "Me" - a.k.a Mari. As a mother, I’ve always planned on being intentional about the way my children learn and play. I quickly realized that so many toys on the market were either overstimulating, low in quality, or lacked true educational value. I wanted pieces that would support my child’s development, not distract from it.

I was drawn to toys that encouraged independence, creativity, and hands-on learning. I wanted materials that felt beautiful in our home, that were made to last, and that respected childhood as something meaningful and worthy of care.

Creating educational, handmade, high-quality products became deeply personal to me. I wanted to offer families what I had been searching for myself: thoughtfully designed pieces inspired by Montessori principles, made with intention and purpose.

For me, this isn’t just about toys. It’s about nurturing confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning from the very beginning. Every product we create carries that heart behind it.

 

Meet "Lee" - a.k.a Leandri. As a teacher, I have always believed that children learn best through meaningful, hands-on experiences. In the classroom, I saw how the right materials could spark curiosity, build confidence, and encourage independent thinking. I also saw how many products available simply didn’t support the depth of learning children are truly capable of.

Too often, toys were overstimulating, easily broken, or focused more on entertainment than education. I wanted materials that invited exploration, encouraged problem-solving, and allowed children to learn at their own pace — without overwhelming them.

Creating educational, handmade, high-quality products became my way of extending the classroom into the home. I wanted to design tools that are purposeful, developmentally thoughtful, and built to last. For me, it’s about honoring the way children naturally learn — through touch, discovery, repetition, and independence. Every product we create reflects my passion for education and my deep respect for childhood.

 

What is Montessori?

Montessori is a child-centered approach to learning that encourages independence, curiosity, and hands-on discovery. Instead of overstimulating toys or passive play, Montessori focuses on simple, purposeful materials that help children explore, problem-solve, and learn at their own pace.

It supports confidence, concentration, and a love of learning, all through meaningful play.
